The club's next meeting in Nanaimo will be on Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010.
The meeting location is:
Beban Park Rec Centre 2300 Bowen Rd
Room 8
(enter directly into the room, right side of breezeway)
from 7 to 9 pm.
There will be a $10 charge at the door to help pay for the rent of the room.
At the June 1 meeting Jason Roll of 4 Winds Roofing spoke on how how roof systems work.
Jason is a roof expert. He wants to help RE investors properly evaluate roof age and condition. He'll also help us figure out what a new roof will cost (approxiamtely) and what the benefits of a higher warranty are. This is stuff any residential RE investor needs to know. Jason's talk was full of useful information and he's a good speaker!
